2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Recruitment and Selection of Candidates: Personal data processed by our agency: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, information about education, work experience, and employment preferences. Personal data are processed to identify potential candidates for jobs and assess their qualifications and work experience. They are used to analyze client needs and effectively match candidates to available job offers.

Management of Employment Processes: Personal data are processed to maintain documentation related to the employment process, including the conclusion of employment contracts, reporting data, and tracking candidates’ employment history.

Communication with Candidates and Clients: Personal data are used to communicate with candidates regarding informing them about current job offers, interview dates, and any significant changes in the recruitment process. Furthermore, data are also used to contact clients regarding the fulfillment of their staffing needs.

In some cases, the service may save information to facilitate linking data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form. In this case, it is based on data for which Facebook is the administrator; the operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook.
