Temporary employment agency can not charge any staff fees for work placement.
The salary for the temporary employee is determined by the user employer and is not affected by the settlement between the employer user and the agency.
The temporary employment agency may conclude with a temporary worker many fixed-term contracts, but may not conclude an indefinite period.
Calculating and paying salaries to temporary workers is done by the agency.
Temporary employees are entitled to 2 days of vacation for each month at the employer's disposal.
Temporary employment contract is not so called junk contract - there is a work relationship here, so with this contract all the contributions due are paid.
